Novice Cayenne Pepper Diet Recipe


Mortar and PestleIngredients:

10 oz of Fresh Sugarcane Juice (warm or chilled)

(Another alternative is Pure Sorghum, but does not have the same effects of Organic Grade B Maple Syrup)

2 Tablespoons of Freshly Squeezed Organic Lemon Juice or Lime Juice (never use canned juice, frozen fruit, or initially frozen juice)

A tenth of a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (known to others as red pepper)
