Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of Freshly Squeezed Organic Lemon Juice or Lime Juice (never use canned juice, frozen fruit, or initially frozen juice)
1 Tablespoon of Agave Syrup
A tenth of a teaspoon of Cinnamon
8 oz room temperature water (if preferred, cold water can be used as well)
Procedure:
Incorporate the Lemon/Lime Juice, the Cinnamon, and the Agave Syrup in a glass (10 oz), or lidded container. Fill the glass or container with water, and stir or shake.Drink the lemonade mixture accompanied by 1 Cayenne Capsule
