Exercising on the Cayenne Pepper Diet

A common question to ask is “Can I exercise while on the Cayenne Pepper Diet?”

The answer is determined by what kind of exercise you are currently doing. Rigorous training or lifting weights are not the best choice when on the fast. Consider that you will be drinking lemonade for ten days and eating no food. Your body is on a restricted caloric intake and your metabolism will slow down to accommodate that. If you engage in intense exercise you may find yourself feeling faint or shaky. You may feel an overwhelming urge to eat something with carbohydrates to get your blood sugar up.

It’s best to do only light exercise while on the Cayenne Pepper Diet And remember to ‘ease out’ of the diet once you are finished. That would apply to your exercise routines as well.
