this a step further and have a think about whether they are in fact likely to work at all. With all of the new items that come onto the market, it is only those that get additional hype that will shine through, the Cayenne Pepper Diet is an example of this.

The diet owes its popularity to the fame of the people that have tried it already. Perhaps the most famous of these is Beyonce Knowles who is truly regarded as one of the biggest stars of our time. It seems as if she has her hands in everything. Not only is she an accomplished singer, she also designs fashion and has her own perfume.

In addition to this, she can count acting as one of her talents as well and this is where she decided to try the Cayenne Pepper Diet. It had remarkable results with the star losing over twenty pounds in what was literally a matter of days. Once it came to light just how she had achieved this, everyone wanted to try it out for themselves.

Lemonades are the main part of this diet and you have to make these for yourself. The drink consists of a glass of purified water with the addition of lemon juice. Now it is very important to ensure that this is freshly squeezed and that it does not come from a bottle. Once you have these ingredients in, then you also add some table spoons of grade B maple syrup and then finally a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper.

The resulting lemonade has an interesting almost bitter, sweet taste and every sip is different. You are required to drink eight of these a day and the same number of glasses of water. This is to be done instead of eating and you can try to stick to it for ten days. This is the minimum requirement and if you want you could go all the way up to forty days.

If you just want to lose weight then think hard before you go on this diet because it is tough although the benefits are great. It will help your digestive system to feel cleansed and ready for action again. Weight loss should be considered a bonus.

This diet may be a bit harder than some of the others on the market but the results of the Cayenne Pepper diet are fantastic.
