I am a diabetic. Can I try the Cayenne Pepper Diet?

1. Drink 32 ounces of sea salt mixed with water every morning. Realize that you cannot eat for the next 7 to 10 days in order for the diet to be effective.

2. Mix a small amount of cayenne pepper with lemon juice, Grade B maple syrup, and filtered water to drink in place of your normal lunch schedule. If you have an urge to chew something, ice is a wonderful substitute.

3. For dinner, drink a laxative tea or another natural laxative such as psyllium husk. It is better to drink this before going to bed.

The lemon juice diet takes committment. The first two days will be the hardestto overcome because of the hunger. But once you can get past that, you will begin to see immediate results.
