Cayenne Pepper Fasting is another variation of the names given to the Cayenne Pepper Diet (Master Cleanse). In this case, the moniker actually gives a clue to what the master cleanse is about – fasting. It’s not precisely a diet, although you could refer to it as one, but more like a fast.
Fasting has been around since biblical times and is popular and effective for ridding the body of toxins, accumulated waste, and excess waste. Used in many forms, the Cayenne Pepper Diet is based on lemonade made from fresh lemons, cayenne pepper, maple syrup and water.
Before undertaking a fast of any kind, make sure you are ready for it. See your doctor, especially if you have a medical complication. Draw up a sound plan for the cleanse that will count down the days to day 1, and then have a plan for each of the 10 days.
